Before the Contractor begins performing the contracted services, a signed copy of the following information must be acknowledged. Contractors are required to complete a Contractor Prequalification Form, a Contractor Safety Agreement, and a Contractor Acknowledgement Form before any work can commence.

This Contractor Safety Agreement will be presented to all contractors who perform services on any Yellowhead County-owned, leased, or otherwise controlled premises. Before the Contractor begins performing the contracted services, a signed copy of this Agreement and the following information must be acknowledged.

Equipment Registration

The registration deadline is April 1st of each year. All equipment hired by Yellowhead County MUST be registered annually by this date.
Yellowhead County will rotate through the list of available equipment contractors for each subsequent contract but will select from the available equipment list the equipment that is best suited for the work to be done, and that provides the most cost-effective level of service for the job.
Yellowhead County’s Contractor Safety Agreement is presented to all contractors who perform services on any Yellowhead County-owned, leased or otherwise controlled premises. Before the Contractor begins the performance of the contracted services a signed copy of the Agreement and the included information must be acknowledged.

Before work begins, an agreement and form must be signed and completed.

The OWNER agrees to the TERMS and CONDITIONS of this RENTAL CONTRACT and has signed and dated this DOCUMENT ACKNOWLEDGING ACCEPTANCE of the RENTAL CONDITIONS.
